      Todd Goehring's career in Executive Search began in 1997 and spans over 25 years. As a founding member of Energy Search Partners, Todd has built the wholesale and retail energy practice into a niche search firm that has worked as a valuable partner to many of the industries key participants. In 2010, Todd transitioned into the role of President and Owner.

     As President of ESP, Todd focuses on strategy, client acquisition, recruitment, operations and most importantly, on delivering extraordinary value to our clients. Todd's constant quest, in collaboration with his team, is to set the standard in energy recruitment.

     Prior to Todd's career with Energy Search Partners, he held numerous business development and leadership roles with Ricoh and Xerox Corporation.

      Todd received his bachelors degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Montclair State University where he was also a member of the Montclair State Football Team

     A native to New Jersey, Todd has taken Energy Search Partners through a non stop evolution reaching new clients and corporations every year. ESP will continue to grow under Todd's leadership and strive to be the most impactful recruitment firm in the energy industry. 

   As a passionate fan of the New Jersey Devils, New York Yankees, and Dallas Cowboys, he has recruited his wife and four kids to join the bandwagon. His spare time is spent at the beach in LBI or on the golf course.
