    Michael Russomanno joined Energy Search Partners in August of 2007. During Michael’s tenure with Energy Search Partners, he has demonstrated an acute ability to bring distinguished candidates to the forefront of the hiring process, cutting down on client’s search time, and consistently placing qualified professionals in roles that are tailored to their skillset. Not only has Michael proven a unique ability to evaluate a candidate’s strengths and predict how those skills will benefit the role, but he also has the aptitude to do so on a multitude of hiring levels - from junior level positions all the way up to executive level leadership.

     Michael’s continued commitment to growth and excellence has placed him as a front runner in Executive Recruitment, and his track record speaks for itself. Michael predominately focuses on clients who need recruitment solutions in both regulated and deregulated energy markets across the United States. His specialties include, but are not limited to: Business Development, Wholesale and Retail Marketing and Trading roles, as well as all supporting occupations. Michael prides himself on developing strong long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

     Areas of Expertise: Electricity, Natural Gas, Energy Efficiency, Lighting, Demand Response, Solar, Distributed Generation and Energy Engineering. As a graduate of Rowan University, in 2007, Michael earned a Bachelor of Science Degree, in Business Administration with a specialization in Management. When not focusing on the needs of his clients and candidates, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, coaching youth sports, working out, fishing, among many other outdoor activities. Michael is also a passionate Dallas Cowboys and New York Yankees fan.
